Shipping Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Many of our orders are fulfilled through supplier and manufacturer inventory. This policy explains how processing, shipping, and delivery work. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service & Sale.

1. Order processing

Most orders are reviewed and submitted for fulfillment within 1–2 business days after payment approval. Some orders may require additional review for inventory, product authorization, payment verification, shipping method, tax status, or supplier requirements.

Placing an order does not guarantee that the product is available or that the order has been accepted for fulfillment. If an item becomes unavailable, is discontinued, is subject to a supplier or manufacturer restriction, or was listed with incorrect pricing, availability, description, image, or product information, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund.

2. Shipping sources

Orders may ship from our location, a supplier warehouse, a distributor, a manufacturer, or another authorized fulfillment location. Orders may ship in multiple packages, on different dates, or from different locations.

3. Delivery estimates

Shipping and delivery dates shown at checkout or in confirmations are estimates only. An order is not guaranteed to ship until the supplier or fulfillment location confirms the shipment and tracking is issued. Carrier delays, supplier delays, weather, address issues, payment review, product authorization, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

4. Shipping charges and special delivery fees

Shipping charges shown at checkout are based on the information available at the time of order. Additional charges may apply for oversized items, freight or LTL shipments, residential delivery, liftgate service, inside delivery, white glove service, expedited delivery, address corrections, refused delivery, rerouting, storage, or other special delivery requirements.

If additional delivery charges are required before shipment, we may contact you for approval, change the shipping method, or cancel and refund the affected order.

5. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking may not update immediately after a label is created.

6. Inspection and damage / shortage claims

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. Damage, shortage, wrong-item, or missing-package claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, the packaging, the shipping label, and all packing materials.

For freight or LTL deliveries, inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage, missing items, or shortages on the carrier paperwork or bill of lading. If the shipment appears severely damaged, contact us before refusing delivery when possible.

Claims reported after the 48-hour window or without the required documentation may not be accepted by the carrier, supplier, or manufacturer, which may limit our ability to resolve them.

7. Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package, subject to your right to make a timely damage or shortage claim under Section 6.

8. Refused or undeliverable shipments

Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments may be treated as unauthorized returns. Outbound shipping, return shipping, carrier fees, address correction fees, storage fees, and any supplier or manufacturer restocking fees may be deducted from any refund.

9. Our shipping errors

If we confirm that we shipped the wrong item or made a material fulfillment error, we will work to correct the issue through replacement, return authorization, or refund. Our responsibility is limited to correcting, replacing, or refunding the affected item.

10. International orders

For shipments outside the destination country shown at checkout, you are the importer of record and are responsible for duties, taxes, tariffs, broker fees, and compliance with import laws. Delivery estimates do not include customs clearance delays.
